Biscuitville - Mount Airy

Our order was somehow lost in the system. Overall, the cookies are good. Light and fluffy and the young lady who took our order was super nice, but unlike me would not look for a Biscuitville again.

The food is great. Had the Cuban land ham, fried pork buckle, pumpkins, cheese and honey sink on a cookie. It's not the usual Cuban, but it was delicious. The cookies are very good The line for the drive thru and inside was Chick Fil A long. In line at least 30 minutes. A local said he ate there three times a week and never had such a waiting time. If it is secure and you have a place to go, you should probably not stop.

Loved the spicy chicken biscuit with honey...wish it serves real butter with the geese not a fan of spiced spreads. Otherwise it loved it.

I've never had a problem with this place until this morning. I went to place my order in the drive-thru and asked for light ice in my latte because I had done a dental procedure and I cannot drink anything extremely cold or extremely hot. I even told the lady who took my order that I cannot eat or drink anything extremely cold or hot because of my dental procedure. I was told they couldn't give me an easy ice cream. So I told them I just wanted my turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin. When I opened my muffin, the cheese was cold and not melted.

Crazy busy. I'm sure there's a cult following with this chain. This is my 1st time at a biscuit vale and it was good but not perfect. They messed up the order a few times. The chicken biscuit on the screen was fried but I got a grilled. It was was still tasty just I wanted something greasy lol. I don't have a biscuit veil in my area but I would definitely try it again. We also got the pancakes and they were better than McDonald's.
