Caribou Coffee - Mound

This place was a wonderful choice to meet my client. Clean and cozy environment! The serive was amazing!

This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute friendliest and my coffee order is always spot on. It’s my dogs favorite place as well lol. Some of the recent bad reviews seem to be really unfair given the current staffing shortages that are being seen EVERYWHERE. I’ve never had a problem here

A nice location and the people that I have interacted with are nice. They how very struggle with correct when it comes to making drinks 2 of the last 3 times they have gotten my order incorrect. I ordered a turtle cooler and gave me a turtle latte. Frustrating it it happens, this time they actually got me the correct drink but barely blended it. Most was just full ice chunks. Not the biggest crime but if you can make the drink or don't want to make let me know and I will pick something else.

Slow on the drive thru. Ordered ahead and they seemed confused with filling my order of s small apple Blast.

Pulled up at 1:45 pm on a Sunday and they were closed, when online it says open until 7 pm. I was one of three people in the parking lot confused as to what was going on.
