If you call a day in advance and request a vegan meal at this restaurant, the very friendly staff will inform the chef so that a vegan option can be included on the menu for the following day. In our experience, we enjoyed a delicious apple celery soup with croutons as an appetizer, followed by a flavorful tofu curry with perfectly cooked vegetables, couscous, and tasty roasted tofu slices. For dessert, we had an apple blueberry crumble, which normally comes with ice cream, but the vegan option was to opt out of it. This was a bit disappointing, as it should be easy to offer vegan ice cream. The food was very good overall, but not particularly special. It was slightly concerning that vegan options were limited by excluding certain ingredients. Additionally, the old fashioned quartz crystal lamps on the tables gave the place a cheap appearance. However, the staff was extremely friendly and offered to show us their glow worm track at night, which was a unique experience worth the cost of the dinner. The glow worm track may be exclusive to hotel guests. If you're lucky, you may be seated at a table with a view of the sea or even have the option to dine outside with a beautiful view of Kaiteriteri beach. Hopefully, the owners or chef will find this feedback helpful for improvement.

Wow! We had such a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. I can't believe we only just discovered it! The chowder was my personal favorite, but every dish was incredibly delicious. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, and the atmosphere was just lovely. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We loved everything we tried at this restaurant! I highly recommend starting with the pizzabrot and trying the Indian dahl.

All vegetarian dinner menu, most meals can be made vegan. the eating we had was all really delicious the o my bad things that I must say is that it is quite expensive and if they have the vegan option, instead of something for tofu or give them additional vege they just take food from their teller and call it a day.

Really chic and expensive meals, but if they can afford it, then it is worth it. ignore the old reviews as they have a new menu with budding vegan options. also it is no longer a buffet that you can order from the menu
