Premier Inn Glasgow (motherwell)

Nice clean room, comfy bed, great staff.. only bad thing was not being able to open window more for extra air. Was ideal location for staying for us to get to where we were visiting.. falkirk wheel, kelpies, stirling

Was staying here for one night for a bodybuilding comp and due to this needed to keep meals in fridge and heat them up if it was possible. Kyle who worked on the desk was absolutely brilliant both on his late shift and when he was back in at 6.30 where he was very helpful by letting me keep meals in the fridge and also heating them up. Something so small but a brilliant gesture and really reduced my stress that I had. Brilliant polite guy and very very helpful. The room was also great and exactly what I needed.

Stay was average . Room was clean but had to prompt request for more hand soap to be replaced . WIFI IS REALLY BAD !!! So frustrating when you are trying to entertain yourself due to nothing on TV . Premium WiFi costs £5 a night and is still bad . Food in restaurant is below standards with it either being under cooked or over cooked .

Only stay as an emergency. Due to train cancellations. Lovely atmosphere and staff (especially Becky) were extremely helpful.

Room is ok. Basic and there were pubic hairs in the bath. Water was hot. Need to ask for fresh towels and tea and coffee. Room was nice n quiet and the service desk are helpful. Breakfast is next door in the beefeater. Exceptionally good service and the options are great. COVID rules apply but where don't they in Scotland. There is no clean sheets in a 4 night stay ? Poor. Otherwise stay was satisfsctory
