I was blessed to work as a diplomat most of my life, my wife and I have traveled a long way around the world. Tonight we showed up at the Pablo's restaurant in Mostar and discovered the best secret in Mostar, if not throughout the region. For pure service quality, amazing first class food and the exceptionally low prices, this amazing restaurant is now in my Top 5 World Places to eat! 35,00 € Euros for: Octopus starter for (2 people easy. I lived in Zadar for 19 years and it was better than anything I cost in Dalmatia. Shrimp Tagliatelle main meal beef fillet salad main dish hot chocolate bomb desert 2 X 1lt bottles water We have dined in numerous Michelin Star Restaurant's over the years around the world and I can honestly say that I am totally confused why this restaurant and amazing boss do not have numerous awards hanging on the walls! The beautiful presentation of each dish, perfect seasoning and mix of delicious flavors that all worked amazingly well together. Excellent choice in Mostar! Very tasty, very friendly... 2023 Update: I visited Pablo again 4 years after my first visit. There was a renovation that made it even better!!! My experience was again perfect New menu, great taste again for my next visit

Good food, the beef was juicy. The dressing was really delicious. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent, they took care of us really well. We definitely come back!
