I have to say WOW! The hot share platter and selection of house-brewed Ales were sensational. Even the kids couldn't get enough of the meal after finishing their pizzas. The food, service, and beer were all excellent. It's exactly what you want from a small town like Gippsland. Great job, Bullant Brewery!

I ventured to Bullant Brewery on Boxing Day 2015 for burgers and beers while visiting Bruthen, Victoria. I ordered the 'Bullant Beef Burger' with a 250gram house-made beef patty, tomato, lettuce, bacon, onion jam, and wholegrain mustard mayonnaise. Although the price was a bit steep at $22 in a small country town, the rosemary salted chips were outstanding - worth every penny! The only downside was the bread to filling ratio, as the homemade burger bun was too thick and made the burger a bit dry. I would definitely order this meal again, especially with a refreshing summer kolsch.
