Takoda Spur Steak Ranch - Mossel Bay

The staff is fantastic, and the food is beautifully prepared (though their steaks are cooked medium). Keep up the great work, we are regular customers!

I appreciated the ambiance, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, our group felt that the prices were somewhat steep. We only ordered coffee and milkshakes, which seemed quite expensive compared to what we'd expected. We've definitely had better elsewhere.

Firstly, our waiter seemed to be in a bad mood. Then, my wife found a piece of plastic in her milkshake. After everyone enjoyed their waffles and my wife and I enjoyed our milkshakes, we ordered coffee and tea for her. We waited 40 minutes just for the coffee, and after I finished mine, the waiter finally brought my wife's tea—by then, the restaurant wasn't even busy. I'm really sorry to say that our experience at Tokoda Spur was not pleasant, and we will not be returning. Best regards, John Terblanche
