I always wanted to come here grief Grief The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, but also space for us to enjoy our day together, and the beautiful view when the beach through the big windows. Grief Grief The best was obviously the food. I reached with the fiery Mexican a cocktail of Tequila, Triple Sec, Grapefruit and Chili served in a salted glass. It was definitely fiery with the chili, who came through the drink and the salt rim. Grief Grief Shortly after we ordered our food, we were served freshly baked beads that were detected in the house with two types of salt (Murray River pink salt and white rock salt) and two types of butter, salted and unsalted. Before the Entrees were served, we were served with an amused bouch of pork terrine with mushroom puree and hazelnut crumbs. Grief Grief For Entrée we ordered Wildson Tartare and slowly cooked pork. The Wildson Tartare was supplemented with a chestnut puree, chestnut chips and homemade grape mustard and black garlic. The grape mustard brought a big hit of the dishes of the dishes. Slowly cooked pork melted literally in her mouth. Grief Grief For web we had duck breast and beef fillet. The duck was cooked perfectly and the miso-aubergant who came with him offered a nice salty escort. The coffee crumbled beef cheek was unusual, but delicious. Grief Finally, the dessert was the best end of Passion fruit mousse with Valrhona-Dulccey-Blond chocolate turmeric and lemon sauce, passion fruit sorbet and chestnut-financing blueberries, baiser, chestnut ice. Passion fruit really seemed. However, I could not really taste the Tumeric. The chestnut cream was very subtle but delicious. Grief Grief Overall a beautiful way to celebrate a birthday.
Such a nice place overlooking the beach and a quiet interior. We ordered the Bolognese pasta and duck ragout pasta. Both were delicious, the Bolognese is probably one of the best bolognese I had! We also had a side of steamed green vegetables that spiced nicely and fresh. I would like to return
