The Red Bento - Moscow

I ordered their bubble tea and it came but the drink itself taste AWFUL! It had a bitter taste like cheap, bitter medicine and I added boba in the drink for an extra 1.50 and it didn't even come with it! Wouldn't recommend, it taste awful! I had high hopes for it too since I had it before and it was delicious. Now, its gross.

1.5 hour wait for 2 bento boxes, over charged 15$ for two unordered rice orders, system may have been down but ordering at 6 and waiting until 7 for two bento boxes and then another 30 for our overcharged check. The Manager approached us asking if we had stolen the mistakenly added charges. Go to the one in Pullman.

Tasted like a serious case of cross contamination. Tuna roll came out looking brown, with what appeared to be ground tuna in the roll. Tempura was soggy. The rice was the only good food, hence 2 stars

Just left absolutely hungry and disappointed. I ordered a beef noodle dish with vegetables and a drink. The prices were decent but the food tasted not so great. The person that I was with ordered shrimp tempora which tasted like it had been previously frozen then friend or possibly microwaved. The sweet and sour chicken was the only thing I ate that tasted like I was at a restaurant. When the waiter asked if my food was okay I had said no neither the drink or the food taste good and he just apologized and walked away. Even though the waiter had seen I had barley touched my plate he didn't ask if there was anything else I'd want to oder or anything else. If you like sweet and sour chicken I recommend getting it to go.

We stop by often for early lunches. James loves coming here for the lunch bentos. The entire menu is good, making it a great place to meet and eat with friends and family. However, their boba is not really our cup of tea.
