Beautiful setting. Expensive. The food takes a long time to prepare, and the staff takes orders with an attitude as if I owe them something. I ordered chicken soup for the kids, but they said it was tasteless. The khinkali were too spicy, and the kids refused to eat them.

The menu lists the price of kvass as 90 rubles, but the bill shows 120 rubles because the menu states the price for a 0.4L serving, while only 0.5L is available. In such cases, it is customary to inform customers in advance. This was the case with nearly all items on the menu, including the food. It feels very odd to order a serving of dumplings for 250 rubles and end up paying significantly more.

The service was terrible. We sat at our table for 40 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. We tried to find a waiter, but were completely ignored. What does it mean that it takes 40 minutes just to take an order when all the tables are being served? Which tables are being prioritized? It seemed like they only wanted to serve larger groups or people of a certain nationality, while half of the tables remained empty! The waitstaff had plenty of time to chat with other customers at different tables. They claim there's a shortage of staff, but there were three waiters on duty! It’s a summer café that clearly can’t handle the summer crowd!

The food is delicious, the wait is long, but it is worth it.

Expensive. The kebab is tough. The berry juice is very sour. The minced meat is oversalted and has a rubbery texture. The grilled vegetables are tasty, but there aren’t enough of them. There is no restroom. The SERVICE IS JUST NIGHTMARISH. You have to go and pay for yourself, and if you need anything to take with you, you’ll have to get it yourself and carry it somewhere. If you need something cooked, wait for the woman in the kitchen to finish up before she can serve you on a plate, wrapped in foil. There’s no restroom. If you want to go, there’s a paid one outside the premises or a free one further away. Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. You’re seated on wooden benches at a wooden table. Don’t expect much comfort either.
