Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Morwell

Since moving to morwell we have been to this McDonald's a few time every time the quality of the food and drink unacceptable and the customer service is short at rude when you have to take back food twice in one night because it's that bad and they make you wait till every other order is done before making the replace. In the end we just threw it in the bin! If I could give the no stars I would will never go there again!

Went in there for a quick bite. Got a hot chocolate sundae and a drink they didn't put enough hot chocolate on so I asked for more and then I had to pay extra and even then they still didn't put much on. So wasn't happy.

Got take away from here after a big day, service was great, drive thru was clean.. food was hot.. will definitely go back..

At the Morwell Mc Donald's and after a 20 minute saga in the waiting bay. Then getting my order wrong twice I finally leave thinking I won't need to check, as they cant get my order wrong 3 times. But silly me gets home to find out they still got my order wrong and not only that, they gave me back the same burger that the lady had touched the pickles with her hands (to see their was no onion underneath) she apologised and said I will make u a new one(with the onion I had paid extra for). All they did was put onion on the burger and it still had the ladies fingerprint in the bun. This has to be un-acceptable. Ill be speaking to the management tomorrow. As this is the 3rd time this month, I have been ripped of and not received what I have paid for.Ps And NO, I don't want you to give me free food I just want to receive what I pay for without being ripped off like any other Mcdonalds around the country does. Who ever the manager is should be put under review.

This Mcdonalds is off the Princess highway and a great place for a break or coffee on your trip plenty of parking
