The group of people who visited your restaurant last weekend was outstanding. In today's world, good customer service is truly a rarity. As a business, you’re fortunate to have such amazing staff on your team.

The restaurant needs to pay more attention to the little details, such as fulfilling customer requests and ensuring that paid sauces are included. I ordered a marinara sauce, two ranch sauces, and one garlic sauce. When I picked up my order, I specifically asked if all the dips were in the bag, and they had to add them at that moment. However, they ended up putting in four ranch sauces instead of what I actually ordered. This issue with sauces has been a persistent problem for us. If sauces are an additional charge, they need to be included in the bag!

Eat. I just uninstalled the app from my phone, so I don't repeat this error.
