Chipotle Mexican Grill - Morton Grove

This place is very close to where I live so I go often... I've had issues before, but today was the last time I will ever go in again. I bit into a close to raw piece of chicken. The sour cream was still frozen and lumpy... I won't even mention how dirty the counters were. Never again at this location, I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes.

Under-fried chips, constantly missing sides from a quesadilla meal and bowls, excessively burnt chicken, this location constantly does this every time we order. It?s a constant game with them to see if there?s a missing side every time I go. Waste of my time and money, and it?s ridiculous that it keeps happening. Go to a different location.

Read the reviews! I bit into my steak I got from my steak bowl and it was COLD. Now I?m seriously questioning the quality control at this specific location as all the other reviews have warned. Customer-Service wise, I pulled up to the drive-thru window and the person comes up to tell me he doesn?t see my name on the ?ready for pickup? when I showed them my order confirmation. We were awkwardly staring at each other until I asked him if it was being made and then they went to check the screen? ??????????????

I loved this chipotle when it first opened but they really need to do better?wait times in their chipotlane are 30 minutes past our said pickup time and our food is never ready?.guess I?ll have to go back to the other locations

Honestly, this is the most consistent Chipotle I go to. Way better than other locations. The vegetables are always fresh and crisp, the rice is fresh hasn't been sitting to turn hard and the meat is always juicy. It's always a satisfying meal experience here.
