Art on a plate. Delicate and fragrant flavors offered at a very reasonable price.
Wow, what an incredible discovery! Everything we ordered was fantastic. We kicked things off with some spring rolls that were incredibly fresh and flavorful, accompanied by a dipping sauce that was truly exceptional. Next up was the Bun Bo Hue; I can only describe it as perfection in a bowl! After that, we had the broken rice with lamb, which was a delightful blend of sweet, salty, and sour flavors, with crunchy peanuts adding the perfect touch. Honestly, I'm still raving about that meal!
Great food!!!. I love this place. Don't be fooled from outside. I tried everything in the menu. I've never been faced with Vietnamese food, but Danny and Vic helped me navigate the menu. I've never been disappointed with anything on the menu. Every dish is wonderful and I am a new fan of her bubble tea. I love the broken rice dish with either goats or pork. Your noodle dishes are great....I am a fan of the shrimp noodle dish. All sandwiches are great, but I love the sauce that is best on the chicken sandwich. The Pho is also really great!!! All dishes are so rich with taste that come together perfectly. I eat about 3x a week there.
Best Bun Bo Hue in Town!. I found this restaurant on Urbanspoon and decided to give it a try based on other reviews. Trang Tien is a small restaurant nestled in an unasuming shopping center and seats around 30 people. When I walked in it was empty save for a take-out order. It was around 7:30pm and I didn't realize that they closed at 8:00pm but I was warmly welcomed in and seated. I already knew that I wanted to try the Bun Bo Hue so I placed my order. I'm on a Bun Bo Hue kick right now and am trying to sample it a all of the Atlanta and surrounding areas that serve it. I've also been lucky enough to try it in Hue Vietnam so I actually have a good basis to grade it against. a few minutes later I received my soup piping hot along with a plate of assorted herbs, bean sprouts, and shredded cabbage. Trang Tien is the first restaurant that I've been to in the area where the Bun Bo Hue is nearly identicle to what I had in Vietnam. It was perfect in my opinion. It had all of the proper cuts of meat, pig feet and congealed pork blood that all contribute to the unique flavor of the broth. It was flavorful and packed enough spice where I did not need to add anything, just eat. I will defintely be going back to try the other offerings, that is if I can tear myself away from the Bun Bo Hue.
