The waiter took more than 10 minutes to acknowledge us, the appetizers were lackluster, he forgot to bring napkins, my drink was not tasty, and there was blood from my steak on my rice.
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was seated at a dirty table and it took 12 minutes for it to be cleaned. The server didn't stop at my table, so I could only request a drink. Luckily, I was able to order a great to-go meal from Longhorn nearby. As I sat back and sipped my drink, I noticed other diners around me looking disappointed. One woman even said it was her last time there. The server took 15 minutes to close her ticket and provide to-go containers in a disorganized manner. The Manager didn't seem to have control over the chaos and joined in instead of trying to fix the situation. The food was brought to the wrong tables and he even slid my drink to me from the end of the table as if I was at the bar. I had to call out for a napkin and straw. The only positive was getting free chips and salsa because the server forgot to ask for my rewards number. However, this experience was not enough for me to consider returning.
The restaurant had a rundown appearance with torn booth seats, and it was difficult to identify the staff due to their varying uniforms.
