I encountered a rat running across the counter at this restaurant. When I requested a refund, I was denied. Additionally, my wings were not prepared according to my request. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment. I rate them 1 star for food, service, and atmosphere.

Overall, this restaurant offers a great dining experience with excellent food and service. The atmosphere may not be the highlight, but the recommended dish of Turkey Ham is definitely worth trying.
