Golden Wings - MORROW

The large portions of fried rice, steamed vegetables, and Philly eggs are absolutely amazing, but the customer service is where this review takes a turn. I believe the woman at the front is a dedicated worker; however, she is the only one available to manage the front of the restaurant while also taking phone calls and serving customers. Whenever I call or visit, it seems to always be the same woman, and I can tell she has a lot on her plate. This often reflects in her customer service. Sometimes, when I call with questions about the menu or my total, she seems so rushed to assist me and others that the call gets cut off quickly. I understand she’s trying her best, but it’s clear they need to hire more staff to help her out!

My wife and I have been ordering wings from this place for years. In fact, we came here when they first opened. Our favorite flavor is the hot honey garlic wing.

The food is fantastic! However, the customer service could use some improvement; it’s important not to project negative energy onto customers. I suggest going home and coming back with a fresh attitude! Also, I’m curious why the small and medium sizes are served in the same container—has the small size been eliminated entirely?

This restaurant has the perfect flavors and is super fast! The cheesesteak egg rolls are incredible!

I really appreciate that you can choose two different flavors for the wings. I had half hot and half garlic parmesan, which was great. The fries were delicious and served hot. My friend ordered the teriyaki rice, and it was tasty as well. Overall, it’s a decent place.
