I left and came back 10min later roughly to pick up some pretzels for the guys at work and was in such a rush I didn't check my order before leaving; yeah my bad, I just assumed people would do their job. No salt on any of them. Called the store, and the manager wasn't to fussed. To be fair I probably wouldn't be either with that crew.
My friend and I approached the counter to ask the cost of a cup of water. My friend said excuse me to the manager, Toni, three times and she did not look up or acknowledge my friend. Toni was literally standing in front of my friend. Very unprofessional. Will not be back for water or pretzels. Management should really speak to Toni about customer service skills. As a manager, you should lead by example.
My boyfriend and I approached the counter about 30 minutes before they closed and we simply were asking respectfully if it was possible to get a bucket of pretzels or if it was to late and this older white lady caught an attitude with us and was very rude and unprofessional. We love the food but the customer service at this location was terrible. We will not be going back to this location.
I?m so glad I kept my receipt today b/c I?ve been waiting to make this post. This is the absolute worst Auntie Anne?s I?ve ever been to! Customer service is NEVER anywhere near decent and the cashier named ?Ahlya J? does NOT need to work with the public! She is horrible and I really feel sorry for anyone who acts like her b/c it costs $0 to be kind. God bless!
