Przekaż informację zwrotnąThat was our first time that randys pizza tried and we absolutely loved it. we ordered a big plank and weap pizza. the crust was tasteful, soft and crisp. the toppings were so well balanced that you could taste everything. the sauce was not too exaggerated. overall it was a very balanced pizza. we definitely recommend.
I made an order tonight at 6:00. I was quoted a delivery time of one hour. At 7:30, my pizza hadn't arrived. I called the store. They assured me it was on the move and my delivery driver was Tyler. At 8:02 I called again to get my money back. The employee who answered, said?k? and put me a long stop. I suppose the manager came on the phone and asked how he could help. I told him I just wanted my money back. He continued to argue with me about the quoted delivery time (he said he was SURE that I was NOT quoted an hour and that they had quoted 1.5 hours waiting times. Again, this was after 8 p.m., so long after the SUPPOSEDLY quoted time) and said he could not give me a refund. After several failed attempts to understand him, my partner took over the conversation. The manager spoke and argued with my partner until he hangs on us. My partner had to go to the store where the manager refused a refund. In the meantime, a girl was in the kitchen with her involuntary and careless comments. After the exchange was heated more by customers and employees, the manager finally acknowledged the refund. It shouldn't have been that hard. The manager shouldn't have argued with us. That was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My partner and I have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and have a deep respect for the industry. Everything about this situation was wrong and very badly treated. The first (and peaceful) desired result (a refund) was achieved, but not without great respect from the staff to (what earlier) loyal customers. PS We really loved Randy? Pizza before this experience, but we will certainly not come back. We made sure that the van got his tip and returned the food, that he literally fell on our front door and that when my partner went to the store to resolve the conflict. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Goose Do not expect this business if you expect respect and any quality customer service.
Tonight we set up an order and after about forty minutes found out that he was canceled because they were busy. we are devastated, but we saw this as a chance to say that randy? s pizza is ingenious. we have decided that we have not annoyed ourselves? will be happy for randy because he is so busy making delicious pizzas and the best delivery wings? We're not going anywhere. prost!
A disc and some frits ordered and waited 30-45 minutes. I'm still waiting when I actually write this review. Family of 4 comes after me and commands for 4 and get all their food before me. More food after the first slices they ordered. This is also the second time that I was not respected at this point. I won't speculate why, because this time it could have been a mistake, but oh good. The Miami site never treated me like that. I'll never be killed again in this way.
Let me begin with the fact the pizza was good , but I have to say they have to step up with the service , for one they served me my slice on a bare pan with no plate or paper which I thought was un sanitary consider where the pan are places which is on top of the garbage after use , then I ordered hot wings and was served boneless hot wings and was never given the option of boneless or traditional, the young lady behind the counter who took my order looked miserable and appeared to wanna be on her phone rather then attending to me and my order . Would I go back ? Not at all ill stick with slice of ny in Raleigh sorry guys im a new Yorker and all thought the pizza was good ur service sucked
