The young girl with black hair greeted us with an eye roll and raised hands when we arrived, which suggests she shouldn't be in a customer service role given her attitude. In contrast, the staff at the gas station are consistently friendly and pleasant. However, the employees at this Subway location often come across as unwelcoming and seem annoyed by customers.
I visited the restaurant on February 8, 2021, around 7:20 PM. The staff member kept asking me for my order while I was still trying to look at the menu, which made me feel rushed. I ended up ordering the chicken wraps. Unfortunately, he used scrap pieces of chicken from the bottom of the container rather than serving fresh chicken. I requested that my meal be heated, but it seemed like he forgot to actually start the microwave, as it came out the same temperature and was still cold to the touch. When I asked for mayonnaise, he informed me that they were out, but I have a suspicion that he simply didn’t want to refill it, just like with the chicken. Additionally, he didn’t appear to know how to properly wrap the sandwiches. If you're reading this, I’m sorry, but it seems like you could use some additional training.
My 12-year-old daughter asked for oil and vinegar packets, but instead of handing them to her politely, he tossed them roughly across the counter, causing two packets to fall to the floor. He then casually said "adios" as if it didn’t matter. This was truly unacceptable. To make matters worse, I noticed another customer—a man of average height who was bald—receiving similar treatment when he entered after us. I wanted to describe him to you so that you can review the security footage and ensure that no other customers are treated this way in the future. Overall, I found this experience to be very disappointing.
