Domino's Pizza - Morristown

The garlic bread wasn't prepared properly and was doughy, while the wings arrived cold. However, the cinnamon twist was the highlight, even though the dough also needed more preparation.

This restaurant has its highs and lows. There are times when everything is fantastic, but there are also occasions when the staff seems overwhelmed or understaffed. During those moments, they can be slow to take orders or serve food. However, the pizza is consistently delicious.

Thirty minutes later, I received a call asking for my address. It turned out the driver was about 300 feet past my driveway. I could see his lights, so I directed him, explaining that my driveway is about a quarter mile long and loops around. Though the leaves were gone, I was able to spot him. I asked him to stop just before my driveway, and I started walking on the gravel in my socks to reach him. Instead of stopping, he turned around and drove right past my driveway. I ended up having to walk a quarter mile just to catch up with him and get my pizza, all while still in my socks. I don’t mean to be harsh by sharing this, but I wanted to see if anyone actually reads these reviews. I hope they understand that I was genuinely unhappy with the service I received.

Stopped by to place an order and it's shocking how there is no leadership there. 5 people standing around just wanting to pick up their online orders. One guy going from box to box opening everyone's pizza breathing on it. I waited about 10 min andfinally left

I order at this location alot as it's just a mile from my business but i will only order during the daytime and quit ordering in the evening time as the pizza's are usually good during daytime but almost every time i order at evening time/nighttime thepizza's are horrible usually their burnt or no toppings or both. With 3 other pizza places right around them i will go to theminstead.
