The server waited for 20 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant but was never seated. Fine dining seems to be a hassle here.

I've already mentioned the waitress, but I have to say that the mushrooms were the worst I've ever had. They tasted and looked as if they had been simmering in a pot all day. On the bright side, the steak was excellent.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and the prices were far too high for the quality of food. I arrived at 3 PM and placed my order right away, but I didn't receive my food until after 4 PM. They claimed they were busy finishing a catering order before starting on ours, even though we were the only customers there at the time. If there was going to be such a delay, the host should have advised us to go somewhere else. After leaving, I felt unwell and had to return 15 minutes later to use the restroom, at which point I voiced my concerns to the hostess. I had to remind her that I had dined there just earlier. Overall, I do not recommend this place—there are far better options in the city.

Stopped in and had the Delmonico Ribeye and a “ButterSlap” (Irish crème, butterschnaps, vanilla vodka shaken over ice)The pinnacle of the evening was the desert The steakhouse split!Exquisite chocolate covered frozen banana topped with vanilla ice cream, fresh made chocolate and caramel sauces, candied nuts and whipped cream…. A little slice of creamy heaven for your taste buds!

Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment that “claims” to be fine dining! Enjoyed when John Mathias used to own it, the new owners/management first and foremost need to train their staff with more professional hospitality, as well as their reservation procedure! Attempted indoor dining after making online reservation requesting indoor dining but after waiting for service at main bar, outside dining area, and then back inside after finally being seated at a table after over an hour wait, and still no cocktails, we walked out! Absolute worse service (or lack there of) EVER!
