Cafe Brunelli - Morphett Vale

This has taken me too long to let the world know, they should be getting their coffee, HERE!! There's only so much words can do, but I'll try as I sip my perfect Vittoria cappuccino (my order once again remembered to perfection by yet another perfect member of staff).. I'm not sure who trains this wonderful team but over 15 years I'm yet to be disappointed; I'm talking service, taste, price, and no matter whether they be new baristas joining the crew or the awesome veterans, I know a visit to the West lakes Brunelli cafe will, even if only for a moment, time stops still and I'm in my element.. mycustomership is always appreciated, I feel welcomed and perks like membership with discounts is one more way Brunellis West lakes leaves the customer feeling the way you should, no frown can't be turned upside down upon a greeting from this happy, efficient, friendly awesome knowledgeable perfect coffee crew.. it's also refreshing to see a workplace where everybody looks like they are being treated well, respected and good to one another... Thank you Westlakes Brunelli team, for on countless occasions turning what would otherwise be a trying Day,an absolutely fabulous one!!! Haven't even started on the food but watch this space, spoiler alert, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!!! Nom Nom nommmmmmm!

30 minutes for a coffee yet the person I was with got their iced coffee in 10 minutes….40 minutes for uncooked waffles and a cold side of bacon. Half the tables empty so I couldn’t see why there was such a disconnect

Going in for coffee we used the phone to check in. We were stopped and told that both of us had to check in. I wrote my details, sat down and watched about 10 customers just walk in! The next visit was for lunch. Cafe was quite busy which must been the reason for the slapdash service. Sour faced staff. Three meals were all delivered separately with one meal being served after the others were finished! The playground is the best thing here.

Magnifique is how to describe the Royal Queens Breakfast at Brunelli’s. Bella and the team dish up their great cuisine again! Always efficient, pleasant and professional. If you visit West Lakes Shopping centre, treat yourself to some great Italian hospitality.

Last minute decision for a quick good value takeawy meal with family, food very tasty, and plenty of it. Ring thru your order and it's ready when you get there.
