Big experience from the manager! / first my friend was charged. had to argue and still it was not corrected obviously when they order a regular coffee they are calculated for the advertised price, plus a snarchy fee for a “extra shot to taste it right” for a regular coffee / then quickly forward to me and my delicious cheesecake with a free hair that told me when I told the manager that he was suffering hummmm then he said the beautiful service waitress out because they threw the haare into the müll and he wanted to examine it. again I was lost for the cake. then, after I was spoken, how an absolute piece was wasting his time poop I only asked for my money back. just to have it on the table on me and the veterinarian to make sure that we never again happy and sure that we leave a few reviews on each side that we can find. that is all. no. and said in this rude arrogant ton that comes from a middle-aged failed businessman who has better things to do than to make sure that our experience is nothing else than satisfied, because of course we were the hair behind the til and in the kitchen falling hair in the food! what a joke!

Terrible manager and total customer service. would never go there if it was the last caffe on the earth. they would not provide a child with a cup of water although it is illegal, not (to the best of my knowledge).

I wait for an early morning look when I waited for work. I ordered a piece of meat and the small server took a cake and threw it into the microwave for 2 minutes. Everyone should know now. pies in the microwave are terrible. when he broke it out and presented it to me, it fell soft and snorkeled hot. I said I would never pay for it, and he just said I'm sorry, they touched it. I spilled it right away. found a much better caffe in bucheboro and cheaper too. at least the buyer should be if he would make it out if he never did it on the first.

Unfortunately I took Pickies advice and went here for coffee whilst shopping and sadly it was awful!! Such a let down watery coffee and scorching milk, it wasn't pleasant!! Hope things improve!!

Never try the food in here since a bit costly... But tried their coffee twice so far and it's great can try their coffee and the coffee guy rmb what I hv ordered by just bought once
