When we visited the Cafè in Moritzburg, we had a very bad experience with very rough service personnel. The three ladies were more concerned about the distance they might have to go than their hospitality to us. We were rudely asked to deepen our minds, how many pieces of cake we want to get from the store in front of the house so that they would not have to go back there (after the sarcastic remark I DO like walking you know what we found quite strange on a 30% service fee for the food in the store. To get a tip of hot water was a step too far. The only redemption factor was the cake that was very beautiful. We will not be seen there again, as we do not need to upset our guests by rude staff.

We stopped after our visit to the castle. We enjoyed our coffee and a piece of cake. The place was nice and clean. Worth a visit.

We spent an hour here to bridge the waiting period until the bus ride. the hot chocolate and the nusseis cup were very good. the riesenbock sausages should be tasted. prices are okay and the offer is very good.

Walking to the castle, the caffe offers a cozy possibility to return. for guests with a narrow purse, it is recommended to take the delicious cake, as the price in the caffe is significantly more than the 19% VAT.
