The slowest service ever. 20 minutes and counting in line! Advice, drive to St. Albert and back it would be quicker.

Went thru the drive thru. Didn't order much so we started down the road. Shortly after we smelt the distinct smell of old burnt coffee. I took a sip and knew right away it was burnt. Nothing we could do as we already had left town. Buyer Beware is all I can say.

Good in a pinch, it got a 3 star for wait time. They ran out of coffee brewed. Lol.. first time ever I had this happen. Wasn’t even really busy at the time I was there. Guess someone forgot they only had on pot left and was doing up drive thru orders. Haha. Sorry Tim’s I will be back and hopefully I will give you back a star.

Stopped by unannounced Friday night and needed large amounts of coffee. We were hosting a large event and the coffee machine was broken. So off to Tims to save the day. The staff were very accomodataing and pleasant even though the order obviously put a strain on their coffee availability! Thanks guys
