Fantastic atmosphere and the food was amazing. The wine pairing is also extremely well put together, and the owner/server was very welcoming and friendly. A true represantation of Modern Norwegian cuisine and local ingredients. I'm nitpicking, but the pacing was off, sometimes up to 45m on the next course (to be noted it was very busy), and we should wish there was some more of their delicious sourdough bread, but otherwise a fantasic experience. 9/10 Kid-friendliness: The owner was extremely child friendly.

Bjaaland Bygderestaurant served us an exquisite dining experience, as well as impeccable service. Each dish was presented with raw materials and the origin of the raw materials. In addition, the restaurant had an exciting drinks menu that went well with each course. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great. the service is really good. really nice and eating is great. when they eat, they do not feel like in a restaurant, but how they visit and eat with a friend. they use ceremonies from their own garden and in front of location, and the drinks are also locally related. I had a great evening and the atmosphere with the bergen was breathtaking. So, if they're in the opposite, I recommend that they go there.
