Ta-khrai Thai Cafe - Morgantown

The flavors were outstanding, the portions generous, and the atmosphere delightful. The prices were reasonable, and the service was exceptional, all in a relaxed setting. If you're in Morgantown and in the mood for Thai food, you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed the classic Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai, both with chicken.

I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time while in town for a doctor's appointment, drawn in by the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. While the appetizers were decent, the noodle soup and vegetarian stir-fry were both bland and unenjoyable. We quickly stopped eating and requested the check. When asked if we wanted our barely touched food boxed to go, we declined and explained our reasons. The waitress simply replied, "Oh well, if you're okay with that," and did not offer any replacements or a refund. I ended up spending $60 for me and my daughter, only to leave hungry. I won’t be coming back.
