Mcdonald's - Morgantown

The food was fresh, and we moved through the line quickly. Our nuggets were also well-organized. I'm giving it a four-star rating because I didn't receive my additional nugget sauce. I don't understand why this is a recurring problem at almost every location. I request two of one sauce and two of another, but I always end up with three.

Well, the food wasn't bad, but McDonald's really messed up my drink order. I ordered a nice, delicious Dr Pepper, and after pulling out of the drive-thru, I took a sip and realized it wasn't the tasty Dr Pepper I was expecting; it was actually nasty Diet Coke.

Quite literally the worst McDonald's ever Every night they seem to randomly update their systems, so you can never predict when you can place a mobile order and actually be able to receive it. They will also block out items like ice cream because they are too lazy to clean the machine. Manager of this place should be ashamed of how poorly this establishment is run. Good riddance

I visited on October 5th around 10 PM with my friends after checking out the local Freight Farm. While our orders were fine, I was shocked by the cleanliness of the restaurant, which was in terrible condition. I have attached a photo to illustrate the mess. All of the trash cans were overflowing, too. At that time, my group of five was the only customers in the restaurant, and the drive-thru was completely empty.

Absolutely terrible quality. The food is usually cold and tastes terrible. Needs new management or something.
