Ihop - Morgantown

The best customer service I experienced at an IHOP! Kept my brother sure aaannndd the service was friendly

On the way to the doctor in the cancer center at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown WV. I stopped at IHOP for a quick breakfast. I enjoyed Scrambled Egg with a piece of Bacon, a piece of Ham and a link from Sausage with Toast, Sugar Free Jelly and Hot Tea. It was very good with great service. High protein and keto friendly!!! Very recommended and it was very clean!!

We visited Morgantown to see a specialist for my grandson. After the visit, he wanted his favorite dinner, pancake. When we went into the door, we were greeted with a very pleasant server. I think his name is Jordan. My understanding is that? cooks more than he waits for the tables. I would never have guessed that because he made our experience exceptional. He checked us at reasonable intervals, kept our drinks filled and made us welcome and comfortable. The food was hot and perfected. I'm glad we had the opportunity to stop in this IHOP. Next time we're in Morgantown, I'm back? They are appreciated!

Sit down with empty tables and wait 40min. The time comes to these companies feel the pain of choosing profits over people. Avoid being properly occupied and paid.

Great service. Fast and efficient. Was pleasantly surprised about the interior. It was quite inviting and comfortable. The privacy afforded between tables/booths was nice. We will be back
