Cicis - Morgantown

Extremely friendly staff and very fast holding the buffet, although only 3 employees work. Everything tasted great and was far beyond expectations for the $6 price. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants everything you can eat pizza buffet.

Since each of the CiCi's Pizza Buffet closed around the Pittsburgh area a few years ago, the CiCi 's in Morgantown WV branch is our family headquarters for special birthday parties and cravings. You cannot pay the quality and service for the price you pay. You get endless food from the buffet. Besides, when they run from your special pizza, the courtesy cooks make it and send it directly from the oven to your table! Guaranteed. We dinate in exotic/fancy and in economic restaurants. We like diversity, something that Pittsburgh doesn't have so much. The 90-minute drive to this place doesn't matter to us just because we love this restaurant absolutely!

The manager was very professional. He had no problem preparing my order for 20 pieces of wings. Eating was hot, but my question is the young lady who works the register. I came in and the door bell went off. Was waiting for about 7 minutes ahead and another customer comes in and she decides to come forward and greet him first, but you see me. I told her politely that I was here first. Customer service has completely lost its title.

As soon as I walked into this facility, I was greeted by the staff with open arms. How my good buddy Dom Toretto would describe it, “Family.” The music? Pizza? Tables? Clean enough. The 878 is where I want to live the rest of my God.

Pizza and staff are both fantastic. I personally like to serve myself but given the current situation I totally understand that safety measure have to be in place for this establishment to be open. I am very grateful that they are currently up and running and practicing frequent hand washing as observed by myself of the staff.
