Chipotle Mexican Grill - Morgantown

I was very disappointed. The experience did not live up to the expectations set by the advertisements. It felt overpriced and lacked quality. I spent $40 on two meals, and I definitely won't be going back. I can easily prepare better-tasting, higher-quality meals at home for a lower cost. Additionally, I found the parking situation confusing and not very safe. For reference, I visited for lunch, and I would say the price per person was around $20 to $30.

I just want to say that any changes made at this location have definitely improved it! I recently received outstanding service, and the food was excellent. The chips were fresh, not stale, and perfectly seasoned—not overly salted at all! Huge thanks to both the new and previous employees for stepping up! You all are amazing. I've tried so hard with this Chipotle. I've been a customer of various Chipotles for a long time. There is a night time manager who works here who is so nice and makes sure that everything is good. I had ordered something online once and when I got to the store they didn't have it and she knocked it out of the park making me something else. But this place just is awful. I've seen management yell at the young lady with special needs in front of customers. I've had a staff person yell at me because she didn't know how to work the computer and log my purchase on my app. The food I received today was awful. I was grateful my burrito was free because if I had had to pay for it I would have been so mad. It wasn't even half full. Then after I ate, since I decided this is my last visit to this Chipotle I decided to use my last coupon for something free and the manager at the register wasn't going to take it at first. Just really disappointed with this place. I will pop in soon to see the nice manager because one time I went in after work and she said it had been a long time and asked how I'd been. But anymore I just can't. Food quality, customer service, and even just coworker to coworker respect doesn't exist here and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
