Silver Creek - Morganton

This place looks from the outside. Service was super friendly. Ordered a cheeseburger, fast, tasty and cost-effective Lot of parking. In side seat. Order and sit down. Extensive menu milkshakes and ice cream. Go through.

Super friendly staff, quick service. Hush puppies, Ocra and Flounder were good and the Blackberry calf with ice was stellar. Not a fan of the BBQ or Slav, but only my preference when cooking.

I had the Cheeseburger, Pommes, Pepsi and a piece of Strawberry Rhabarbkuchen. The burger was your average burger, not much taste, but decent size. The pommes were the best part of the meal....fried to perfection, hot and tasty. The pie... is terrible. The crust was tender and at the same time burned. Not good. I would definitely come back and plan to try other things because I love the building and the furnishings.

When I first tried Silver Creek, I got the chicken and dumplings and OMG THEY WERE FANTASTIC!! And when I came back in, they hadn't had them back then, and so I ordered chicken tenders and they were from this world!!!! I come here a lot and I will definitely come back! I 100% RECOMMEND SILVER CREEK!

Silver Creek is good food, if you like livermush and country food! You can tell it's small town and you can tell it's family owned and that's part of the charm.
