It was a terrible experience. The mashed potatoes were poorly mixed and still had dry flakes. The chicken was not crispy at all; it felt more like dough. I ended up throwing everything in the trash. They clearly don't have anyone who knows what they're doing in the kitchen. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I haven't been to many KFCs in my 65 years, but yesterday I decided to buy a bucket of chicken and some sides. The chicken itself was decent, but the sides were a disappointment. There weren't any sides worth mentioning, and what was available was subpar—I'd never seen anything like it at any KFC before. I won't be returning to that location. Service: Takeout.

I paid $70.00 for a 16 piece bucket family size sides. Plus 10 drumsticks. My wings were less than 3inches. What kind of bird has wings that size? Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Lady taking money at register very rude because she had to count the ones I gave her and 65 cent in change . If you can't handle retail get out....she had on a manager's shirt as well. Sorry I work in retail as well but,would never say geez and make the customer feel less than Sorry but, i work hard for my money as well as she does . If you can't do the job get out. On top of that my order was wrong. Hope you guys get it together. Service: Take out
