Rosy's at the Beach - Morgan Hill

The new owners have made vast improvements. Having tablecloths makes for a more intimate and upscale experience. Staff is much more attentive and friendly. Food was excellent and served hot. Prices are very reasonable, and the total experience exceeded my expectations.

All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. The music was unusually loud and the ceiling speakers may need some attention.

We were literally ignored. We had to get up and ask for help 3 to 4 times. We were a big check, 6 people full dinners with drinks…… You would think she would have been interested in serving us. I’m sure we tipped, my husband always does, but we simply won’t be back.

The food was mediocre. The service was awful! The waiters were all too busy on their phones. The restaurant was not busy at all. The only attentive individuals were the runners from the kitchen. Management really needs to address the issues with the staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I recommend this restaurant for a good place to socialize with friends and family.
