Carl's Jr. - Morgan Hill

I rarely order from Carls Jr because it is very expensive. However, when I do decide to order, I typically enjoy the fried zucchini, which unfortunately seems to no longer be on the menu. This time, I ordered the Waffle Fries. I was extremely disappointed when I received a bag of cold, rubbery fries. For the price of $27.96 for a Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich and subpar fries, it was quite shameful. The food should have been amazing, hot, and fresh considering the high prices charged by Carls Jr. If the employees do not care enough to ensure that the food is served in a proper manner, they should be replaced with ones who do. Carls Jr has been serving the community in Morgan Hill for over 40 years, and it is surprising that they do not take more pride in their food and service. They should strive to do better for their customers.

The Oreo cookie shakes at this restaurant are amazing! They are made with real ice cream, unlike the artificial ones at other fast food places.

The Western Bacon Cheeseburger with for me extra sauce. A childhood favorite that still holds up Delicious!

I always enjoy getting a delicious Western Bacon Cheeseburger at this Carls Jr location. I have never been disappointed.

Consistently good. Always hot and well packaged.
