1. The scoop sizes we received during our visit weren't satisfactory. 2. I had downloaded the app beforehand and loaded my BR card with $25, but the customer service representative didn’t know how to make it work. In the end, I ended up using Google Pay, which made me feel like I wasted my money loading the card just to earn rewards through the app. Will I return? Absolutely! I just hope that next time the app functions properly, because if it doesn’t, then what’s the point of having it?

The restaurant closed at 8:00, even though the posted closing time indicated it would be open until 9:00.

My husband and I went in for sundaes. However, we walked out and cancelled the order as soon as I noticed that the person making the sundae picked up the brownie with the filthy gloves that had just been used to ring up another customer, as well as touch multiple unkempt surfaces. It lead me to believe that one pair of gloves is used throughout the entire day. This did not lead to confidence in my eating food that had been directly handled with these same gloves.

Did a Door Dash delivery which came pretty fast. I ordered two mermaid ice cream cups that are supposed to come with mermaid tails. I don't understand why they didn't just put it outside the cup wrapped in saran-wrap, instead of crushing it into the icecream with the domed lid, so that one completely broke in half and I had to dig the other one out. Also, the sprinkles are stale tasting. My kids didn't mind that but if I had to be the one eating it, it would've bothered me. Glad they deliver though! My kids haven't been anywhere fun for months since my two year old refuses to put on a mask. It was a great surprise for my kids.

There are two locations of BR in Morgan Hill, and this one is nestled alongside a Togo's deli, which happens to be one of my favorites.
