Tampico Morgan City

If you haven't tried Tampicos again- you're missing out. The service was impeccable, the food amazing!

Food served was wrong items or with no toppings, service was frequent but no updates on food, Togo seemed to be higher priority, kitchen isnt sealed off from dining and dishes clanking every few minutes

So I am from Texas and not many places in my opinion like Tex mex! This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! Closest thing I would say to home!!!

Firstly, the service was amazing. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is very laid back, and they have plenty of seating.The food was not good.Their salsa is warm and doesn’t really taste like salsa, more like chili.Their chips were stale and the queso was not melty and kind of chalky. The queso was spicy and full of jalapeños, which was nice.The rice and beans were decent and the quesadilla was the best part.We did not try the margaritas, but every other person in the restaurant had one I assume they are good.
