Wingstop - Moreno Valley

Kay has excellent customer service skills and knows how to handle complex situations. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant.

I visited last night to get some wings and fries. I really love wings, so I chose this Wingstop since it’s the closest to my home. Upon entering, I was greeted by everyone. A young man named Juan assisted me with my order, and he was SUPER POLITE and FRIENDLY. I ordered spicy Korean wings and original hot wings, and they were perfectly cooked with extra sauce. My wings were ready on time, and the food was delicious. I appreciated Juan's excellent customer service—we need more employees like him! I will definitely be coming back.

I inquired whether there was a survey or any way I could potentially address the $1.50 charge for the ranch, but she curtly said no and handed me my receipt. When I got home and opened my order, I discovered it was completely wrong! I did not receive the all flats that I had paid extra for. To make matters worse, they actually burned my wings! I cannot understand how my order could have been mishandled like this. This experience has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone!

I ordered delivery to my workplace during my 30-minute lunch break, but I received the wrong order. I called the restaurant to inform them, but they didn't help at all. They told me to go back to the store after work to get my refund or the correct food, which is completely ridiculous. I'm very upset about this experience. I placed my order about an hour in advance, so this was a total waste of time and money. To top it off, the food I did receive was not good. Thanks, Wingstop.
