Subway - Moreno Valley

This place is incredible! Today, I visited a subway restaurant and was thrilled by how quickly my food was served. Once I finished, I was left with nothing but happiness and appreciation for the experience.

I really appreciate that this place is open until 10 PM. The staff who assisted me were extremely friendly, very efficient, and made delicious sandwiches.

I had a terrible experience with the service! What's the point of ordering if they don’t even bring your meal? When I arrived at the restaurant, I was left waiting for a long time!

My rating for this store is THEY ARE THE WORST SUBWAY REST/LOCATION in Moreno Valley PLEASE DON 'T order from the Subway- Alessandro, Moreno Valley location. I placed an order a few minutes ago for 3 footlings and my order was completely wrong. It 's like there system completely mixes your orders up and you end up getting a footlong with half of all the veggies you ordered or you get the wrong veggies.... I called the store to complain, but these workers actually don 't care and no customer service knowledge because they hate their job and it definitely shows with the way they under perform while making a sandwich. They have no desire to keep customers happy at all. I hope the owner sees this bad review because like I explained to his staff I 'm not looking for a free meal all I wanted was for my order to be correct, since I paid for it and have every right to complain.

How is the door locked at 9:15 but it says you close at 10pm?
