Panera Bread - Moreno Valley

It was not the fault of panera, but an idiot took my order, so it took about 30 minutes before I could replace it. the employees were apologetic and made my order fast as soon as we sorted them out. I no longer recommend ordering in advance. the food tasted as usual good.

Over priced manu for a smaller portion meal.Some tables weren't ? clean and scattered empty plates outside the patio.

From out of town. Ordered chicken ceaser salad with kettle chips to go, it was as expected. Customer service was good! The one thing that definitely needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of this place. It is disgusting, dirty and unkept, looks old and definitely needs to be updated. The bathroom was disgusting and the dust was so thick on the walls you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in forever!

Manager was great, very responsive to my complaint about mac and cheese and had one ready for me instantly!
