Mcdonald's - Moreno Valley

The iced coffee had bits of cardboard floating in it and there was a strange clear syrup at the bottom that wouldn't mix in when stirred. I had to throw it away. The chicken in the sandwich tasted old and stale. Overall, it was a disappointing meal. However, the orange juice and hashbrowns were enjoyable.

I have been waiting in the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes, and there are still 2 cars in front of me before I can place my order. The line of cars behind me is incredibly long.

The manager is incompetent and the customer service is poor. The food is also low quality. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Two hour wait to get the good. Make line at 4 to eat at 6. No staff not our problem!! Figure it out

The guy behind the cash register was nice, but service was ridiculously slow. 20 Mins for a fry and drink. And they had no salt on the fries at all.
