I ordered a McDouble but received buns, ketchup, and pickles with no patties. My previous experience was also not great - no straws or napkins, burnt chicken nuggets with dry bread, and waited 30 minutes for my order.
The food and customer service at this McDonald's in Moreno Valley are terrible, and the lines are always long. This is definitely the worst McDonald's in the area.
This place is horrible. They have young people working at night and they are rude. I understand it’s fast food but you don’t have to be rude
Has to be the slowest drive thru, every time I come always the same speed super slow for no reason
