Little Bambino's Pizza - Moreno Valley

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Firstly, I ordered two plates of food and when we sat down to eat, we quickly noticed that the rice was hard and all three of the entrees we chose (Beef and Broccoli, Spicy Orange Chicken, and Spicy Chicken) were cold, including the chicken egg roll. We didn't want to be rude, as the place was crowded, so we attempted to eat, but I ended up running to my car to throw up all the food. We decided to just discard everything. We also ordered Pad Thai for my roommate, and when he tasted it, he found it completely flavorless. We spent a total of $40. We called to explain what happened and how terrible the food was, requesting a refund, but they refused. Sam, a staff member, then offered to exchange all the food. When I returned today to get the exchange, he changed his story and claimed he never said that. He was incredibly rude. I told him I would prefer a refund, but he again refused. The only thing he agreed to do was remake the Pad Thai, which was not what he had originally promised.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's not just the food; it's the attitude of the staff that can make you feel disrespected. This used to be one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area! Unfortunately, things have changed, and so has the staff.

I love this restaurant! Not only are the prices affordable, but the quality of the food is excellent as well.

I was referred to this restaurant by one of my clients, who claimed it was superior to Little Caesars. The staff were friendly and efficient. When I walked in, my pizza was ready just five minutes after I placed my order. The woman even opened the box to make sure I was happy with it. The pizza was so hot that I couldn't eat it immediately!
