Costco Food Court - Moreno Valley

The girl who answered the phone was quite rude. I was trying to place an order for 8 pizzas, and she informed me that it was a first-come, first-served basis. I had called over an hour before I needed the pizzas, and she said that she would only take my order if I wanted 10 or more pizzas. Otherwise, I would have to place my order at the kiosk and wait. I found her response to be very rude. I’ve visited many Costco locations, and I've never encountered this issue before at other stores like the San Bernardino or Corona locations.

An absolute disaster. Whether or not you can handle chaotic and disorganized lines will determine your experience here. They really need to get their act together, as it all felt extremely disorganized.

This Costco Branch in Moreno Valley is so ghetto. The parking lot is so tight. The snack bar is horrible. They sell hot dogs and pother quick order snacks but maintains only 4 table for customers to sit and eat. If space is a problem, they probably need to remove the snack bar because it tempts customers to buy and later on nowhere to sit. It is such an inconvenience. Now that the restrooms are being renovated, the degree of inconvenience is elevated. The portable restrooms were inoperative the day we were in (10//03/2023) and customers had to walk near the tire center just to go to the restroom OR go to WING STOP to take a leak. This branch has gone south that We decided just to go to SAM'S CLUB.Thanks... Robert

Martin is an upcoming five star employee, and a very helpful person. The pumps run and the time spent there is efficient.

Gas station is a mess. There is no directions. Filing up gas pumps in the middle of the day. The pumps are super slow and only 2 per station.
