Burger King - Moreno Valley

The employees at this restaurant were slow and unmotivated. When I tried to change my order, it felt like communicating with a young child who had been in a car accident. I ordered two fries, a Coke, and an ice cream. However, when I received my food, the fries were cold and I got two Cokes. It was a simple order, but apparently too difficult for them to get right. The management needs to improve their standards for hiring and training staff.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It's hard to beat the love for Burger King. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent.

I absolutely adore the chicken nuggets at this restaurant.

"The bombenburger and bombenfries here are delicious. The staff are much friendlier than at any McDonald's I've been to."

This is not a good situation. The menu advertises a value menu with most items priced under $2 (actually $1.50). I ordered three items from this menu, but when I arrived at the drive-thru window, they told me the total was over $8. I questioned this, as 3 x $2 should only be $6. The woman at the window said they do not have a value menu. I informed them that it is illegal to display a menu with prices and then charge double the amount. This seems to be a common practice here and I would recommend finding another place to eat. This is the second time I have had this experience at this restaurant.
