I would give this Taco Bell five stars because the food is great. However, I really dislike the new app. Why do I have to order certain items exclusively through the app? It seems unnecessary to require app orders for certain menu items. If I'm driving and craving Taco Bell, I have to pull over to place an order on my phone just to go through the drive-thru. It doesn’t make much sense. Honestly, it might be good for my wallet in the long run, but I find myself visiting less frequently because of this.
Quick service, although the food arrived later than expected. The food was as good as it should be, with no issues.
