The reviews led us here and we were really grateful. A small but cozy room with a large owner/baker. His desserts were worthy of any accent I will describe. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely heavenly. But this key cake would make you swallow. This crust was sweet and crunchy under the right balance of key lime. We also tried the triple berry cheese cake, which was a delicious freshness. The chocolate mousse cake was so decadent and rich. Every bite will order another one. If you are really looking for homemade bliss on a plate, this is the place to stop and the owner Will is a great guy. A lil piece Charlotte left his heart in Sugarloaf Island Bakery!

So delicious! Oreo cheesecake was so good and the chocolate cake too. You can say the quality of the ingredients that looks through the way it tastes. I will definitely come back for more! New favorite bakery spot

This place is amazing. I had tried to order cookies for someone in the hospital online. I had a very hard time finding any place in the area that could handle it. Finally, and last minute it was said that there would be a 5-day delay. I had to cancel the order because the person had been home at that time! So I contacted Sugarloaf and asked her to deliver some pastries. I spoke to Will for the first time and Chris for the second time, and they were both wonderful. They offered to deliver a pastry assortment during a very busy time. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help me. I would recommend them to everyone, only great people!!!

So my wife knows that Key Lime Pie is my favorite dessert. Two years in a row, she got me the Key Lime Pie from Sugarloaf Island and I really can't say enough good things about it. Its creamy, its slightly tangy, its correct amount of sweet. It's literally the best and most perfect Key Lime Pie I've ever had in my life. Thank you. Sugar Island yall absolutely rock and this cake is for to die.

We bought cream puffs, flourless chocolate cake, and a cinnamon roll. Between three people, we had eaten most of it before getting home. The cream puffs cream has an awesome consistency where it melts in your mouth but retains is cool temperature. The cinnamon roll has an almost flaky texture but still has a more substantial weight to it. The flourless chocolate cake is delicious. Probably my favorite of all three treats. Smooth. Not too rich, and just the right density. Prices are AMAZING. 100% coming back! Highly recommend.
