Chris the cook, is phenomenal and his French onion soup is one of the best I ever had. The staff is amazing, Katy the bartender is wonderful to know about food and wine. My favorite place to go now!
The food was absolutely delicious!!! The server was excellent. the individual crab cake was a surprise, but it was really good. The highlight by far was the black grouper and collar.. delicious! Will be back.
I went into this restaurant I thought they were open. The floors were spotless I could literally eat off of the floor. Very clean restaurant. The tables and chairs were quality for anyone wanting to sit and dine in at this five star restaurant that I have rated it. I saw a check on the counter and did not see any employees so I left when I saw it. Nice establishment Soundside Restaurant. I will come back to place an order another time.
Sound Side is back!! First return visit since transfer of ownership. Great work! Atmosphere retained its simple clean yet refined environment. Wait Staff was very attentive; not quite as polished as prior staff?but great job. Menu was a bit beef/ pork heavy? seemed there were minimal seafood entree offerings. However?. and most importantly the food was GREAT! Steak was best in class all around? including a trip last week to Montana. Crusted without over spice; tender to cut with fork. Steak and twice baked stuffed potato was hot and obviously brought to the table quickly. Salad was delicious and homemade dressings were first rate. Peach cobbler for dessert was spot on! The comparison to the prior Sound Side may seem unfair or insensitive?. However; same name same location warrants comparison? so happy to share that this new front of the house manager is doing excellent work along with Chef and kitchen staff. We reclaim our birthday, anniversary and special occasion celebration spot! Look forward to returning again soon! Keep up the great work!! First time trying it this week. The restaurant was inviting as well as the staff. The dinner menu is not as extensive as the drink menu. The prices were very high, you pay extra for sides with your expensive entree and $3.00 for bread! $49 for a 12oz. Ribeye steak so we just knew for that price, it was going to be fantastic. Sadly, we?ve had better steak at Longhorn for 1/2 the price an they even give you bread! It?s a no for a return for us.
