The Coffee Club Morayfield Super Centre

Was here for lunch saturday and couldnt be .ore dissapointed. Ordered bacon and tomato toasted sandwich and coffee. Coffee came in takeaway cup and toast was dry, no butter, no sauce and tasteless. Was told they dont butter toast ever. The waitress taking order was rude and nasty even though I apoligised for making a fuss. Will never come back, rather sit outside and buy takeaway with many others.

First time here. Brought my kids who love coffee club. Really surprised at how we were rudely dismissed by a staff member as we were trying to settle in. A staff member was kind enough to offer joining 2 tables to accommodate a family of six. As we were doing this another lady yelled from behind the counter saying “you can’t sit there, you will be blocking the walkway”. No alternative was offered and we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant ignored. So we left. I think when it comes to a meal like breakfast, the whole experience really matters. Staff at coffee club are always very nice and accommodating. This was a real shock for us. Not sure why but not surprised now to see why this place has poor reviews.

I ordered breakfast, spent $70 and the whole meal’s disgusting, drowned in sauce, bacons under cooked and I’ve specifically asked for hard eggs because I am pregnant and the eggs are barely even cooked. DO NOT RECOMMEND, absolutely fuming.

Had lunch there today and it cost $30.00 for chips/nuggets, 1 milkshake 1 kids milkshake. The girl serving did not smile and didn’t seem to want to be there, very rude. I received a warm milkshake and when asked for a cold one it was slightly better and the girl seemed to be annoyed. The milk was actual room temperature and was shocked to think this is their standard considering also that it was $8 and in a small glass. There seemed to be No aircon working and thought they could at least have a couple of fans to compensate. The floor and tables were dirty where we sat. There was 2 staff front of house and 2 out the back, it was 1pm and not busy at all so our food came out at a good pace but we asked if we could change the bowl of tomato sauce for another gravy and was then told she couldn’t do that or it will be an additional cost. We declined as the gravy was 95% water, runny and no flavour. The whole experience from start to finish was disappointing to say the least. We finished up and went to leave and the girl that had served us earlier swooped in to clean our table without saying goodbye. Safe to say We won’t be going to A Coffee Club again.

Staff on their phones. My order was incomplete. Food scraps on the floor. Staff appear unhappy. I won't be back. Basically unclean!
